Lettering Workshop

If you’re interested in improving your hand lettering and honing your skills to take your letters to the next level, this is the class for you!

Learn lettering for logotypes from two of the lettering industry’s titans. With over 30 years of combined branding experience, Matt Vergotis and Colin Tierney will help you learn the process it takes to create a fully custom lettered wordmark.

In this day long class, Colin & Matt will give a short introduction into the art of hand lettering followed by in-depth tutorials of how to go from a brush lettered sketch to a refined, hand lettered design.

The workshop was such a great push to learn the craft. Veronica is a great addition to your team. Thank you Colin for your instruction and your love of lettering!

What’s Duuo?

Down Under, Up Over

Duuo is an acronym (Down Under, Up Over), a play on the word “duo” and collaborative mission between a pair of lettering artists, Matt Vergotis (he’s from Down Under) and Colin Tierney (he’s from Up Over).

Two locations, a couple of dudes, coming together to perform a duet in the form of teaching their love of letterforms. Yew!
